About the Role
Greenpoint is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and oversee our Electrical Engineering teams. In this role, you’ll help ensure engineering solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. The team supports aircraft interior electrical systems across Commercial, VIP, and Special Mission aircraft programs.
Responsibilities
- Drive adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements for engineering deliverables
- Lead and manage engineers responsible for research, design, modification, installation, integration, certification, and testing
- Oversee aircraft interior electrical system activities including power distribution and conversion
- Support engineering work related to cabin management, air-conditioning and heating, and in-flight entertainment/communication systems
- Coordinate technical execution to ensure modifications are properly designed and certified for program needs
Requirements
- Experience leading electrical engineering teams in aerospace or a closely related environment
- Strong knowledge of aircraft interior electrical systems and engineering lifecycle activities (design through testing/certification)
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality while meeting program requirements
- Experience collaborating across engineering and program stakeholders to deliver complex modifications
