About the Role
Join our team as an Electrical Manufacturing Program Manager in Marietta, OH. You will lead custom power distribution equipment projects from order kickoff through final delivery, partnering with customers and internal teams to keep work on track and aligned to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineered-to-order electrical equipment programs across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and shipment
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure schedules, scope, and milestones are met
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm deliverables
- Track project status, risks, and action items, escalating issues early to protect timelines
- Support quality expectations by ensuring testing and release activities are completed as planned
Requirements
- Proven experience managing custom or engineered-to-order manufacturing programs
- Background in electrical manufacturing processes and/or power distribution equipment
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal partners
