About the Role
Mesa Power Solutions is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead efforts that improve the performance, durability, and dependability of power systems for industrial customers. You’ll help ensure our generator sets deliver reliable operation in demanding environments while supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage reliability engineering activities across products, components, and field performance
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for reliability issues
- Establish and monitor reliability targets, KPIs, and reporting
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to improve design and execution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using data and real-time telemetry insights
Requirements
- Leadership experience in reliability engineering or a closely related technical field
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in root-cause investigation
- Working knowledge of reliability methods and reliability metrics
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
