About the Role
Pearce is seeking an Electrician for EV charging field service in the San Jose, CA area. You’ll help deliver reliable electrical installation and maintenance work supporting EV charging infrastructure and other mission-critical electromechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components related to EV charging equipment.
- Perform field service work safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and company procedures.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and corrective service activities as assigned.
- Collaborate with dispatch and project teams to complete work orders and document job progress.
Requirements
- Valid electrician license (as required for the role and location).
- Experience working with electrical systems and field service troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in the field.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
