About the Role
Join AoPS Academy as a part-time Elementary Math Instructor and help students build confidence, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills. You’ll teach using our company-created curriculum in a supportive, collaborative classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging math lessons using AoPS Academy curriculum and materials
- Lead small-group instruction for advanced students
- Actively involve students through interactive, student-centered learning
- Manage classroom activities and learning for up to 16 students
- Grade assessments and provide thoughtful feedback to students
- Build positive relationships with students and families
Requirements
- Experience teaching elementary math or working with elementary students
- Comfort managing small groups and maintaining an engaging classroom environment
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on student work
- Strong communication skills with students and families
