About the Role

Savista is hiring an Eligibility Specialist 2 to help uninsured and underinsured patients access the financial support they need for medical care. In this role, you’ll assess patient needs, guide individuals through assistance applications, and help ensure compliance with program and healthcare requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility assessments and gather required documentation for government and charity-funded assistance programs
• Support patients through application and enrollment steps, including explaining next actions and timelines
• Verify information, maintain accurate case records, and follow established workflows
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and program regulations and internal policies
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex forms and eligibility rules
• Empathy and professionalism when supporting patients during stressful situations
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
• Experience navigating healthcare, financial assistance, or eligibility-related processes (preferred)
