About the Role
Verisign is seeking an Engineer II to support and expand the Web Marketing Development team. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain high-visibility, informational web experiences that support Verisign’s mission to strengthen the security, stability, and resiliency of the internet.
You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on performance, usability, and maintainable front-end development practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance frontend pages, components, and templates for marketing and educational web experiences
- Build performant user experience (UX) components that are responsive and accessible
- Manage site tooling, dependencies, and development workflows to keep projects stable and efficient
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver improvements to existing sites and support ongoing web initiatives
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with JavaScript and modern web development concepts
- Experience building frontend pages and reusable UI components
- Understanding of how to manage site tooling and dependencies in a web development environment
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture
