Join our People team to help build and scale our Engineering compensation function during a period of rapid global growth. As one of the early members of this emerging role, you’ll shape how we incentivize and reward employees while partnering closely with recruiting, HR business partners, and leaders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the global business recruiting team to advise on offers in real time
- Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiting, and managers to guide compensation decisions
- Support compensation planning and processes that align with business needs and growth
- Influence stakeholders through data-informed recommendations and clear guidance
Requirements
- Experience supporting compensation decisions and offer strategy
- Strong stakeholder management skills across recruiting and HR leadership
- Ability to translate compensation considerations into practical guidance for managers
