About the Role
Join our newly established Technology Hub as an Engineering Operations Manager, reporting to our Senior Director of EngOps and DevOps. This is a founding-team opportunity to help shape engineering operations practices, culture, and technical direction from the ground up.
You’ll work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site) and collaborate with a leadership group with a technology startup background—bringing a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where your contributions directly influence how we build and operate.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering operations and DevOps-aligned processes within the Technology Hub
- Help define and improve operational practices, reliability standards, and delivery workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to remove friction and improve system performance and stability
- Support the creation of scalable processes and documentation for long-term growth
- Contribute to technology strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering operations or DevOps functions
- Strong understanding of reliability, automation, and operational best practices
- Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and shaping new processes
