This role partners closely with the VP of Engineering to drive delivery and quality across engineering initiatives. You’ll help ensure projects ship on time, that releases meet defined standards, and that teams have clear processes for verification and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own project planning and execution for engineering initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and cross-team coordination
- Define and maintain QA processes, test plans, and quality gates to support reliable releases
- Coordinate with engineering stakeholders to identify risks, track progress, and resolve blockers
- Collaborate on release readiness, including review of requirements, acceptance criteria, and defect triage
- Improve delivery and QA workflows through metrics, retrospectives, and actionable process updates
Requirements
- Experience managing technical projects and collaborating with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong QA mindset with hands-on familiarity with testing practices (e.g., test planning, regression strategy, defect management)
- Excellent communication and ability to align stakeholders on priorities, scope, and timelines
- Comfort working with modern software development workflows and tooling
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, ownership-driven culture
