About the Role
Hermeus is seeking an Engineering Solutions Systems Administrator to support and scale our Siemens Teamcenter environment across Engineering and Manufacturing. This is an operational, user-facing role where you’ll help teams run smoothly by managing administration, engineering workflows, and release processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Siemens Teamcenter environment used by engineering and manufacturing teams
- Support engineering workflow execution, including release management and change-related processes
- Troubleshoot user and system issues to restore service quickly and maintain data integrity
- Support NX and CAD-related workflows to ensure consistent engineering data handling
- Monitor system health and implement continuous improvements to streamline processes
Requirements
- Experience administering Siemens Teamcenter (or equivalent PLM administration)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on engineering data integrity
- Comfort supporting engineering users and managing operational support activities
- Familiarity with Siemens NX and CAD-related workflows is a plus
