About the Role

Airlock Digital is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central region. You will focus on building relationships with the organization’s largest and most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees) and owning the full sales cycle—from pipeline creation and stakeholder mapping through negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

  • Translate company-wide sales strategy into regional execution plans and measurable targets
  • Develop and manage enterprise pipeline, including complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
  • Map buying committees and navigate long sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes
  • Drive negotiations and close high-value deals while setting the standard for deal execution
  • Lead the team’s approach to complex enterprise engagements and ensure consistent execution across the region

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise sales leadership experience, including ownership of the full sales cycle
  • Strong ability to sell into large organizations and manage multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Experience with complex negotiations and enterprise procurement workflows
  • Track record of scaling sales performance and building strategic account relationships
