About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Epic Willow Inpatient in a healthcare setting. This contract role is fully remote, with availability required during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
Responsibilities
- Support Epic Willow Inpatient build, configuration, and implementation activities
- Implement and optimize antimicrobial functionality within Epic pharmacy workflows
- Partner with clinical and project teams to deliver pharmacy-related Epic initiatives end to end
- Provide go-live support and assist with key milestone activities as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure workflows align with operational and clinical requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant
- Strong expertise with antimicrobial functionality and related pharmacy workflows
- Track record supporting Epic pharmacy initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to work during CST business hours
- Limited travel availability for go-live support and milestone events
