About the Role
Dalio Family Office is seeking an Equities Research Analyst to support the Head of Public Equities. In this role, you’ll help design and evaluate both systematic and fundamental approaches to investing in public markets, contributing to the full workflow from data through research, signal development, and portfolio construction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to support systematic and fundamental investment processes in public equities
- Contribute to the pipeline from data gathering and analysis to research outputs and signal generation
- Support portfolio-related research and evaluation in collaboration with the public equities team
- Help refine investment ideas by translating research findings into actionable insights
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with financial data
- Demonstrated interest in public equities and investment research
- Ability to organize research work, communicate insights clearly, and collaborate across teams
