About the Role
Omega Health Services is seeking a strategic, high-caliber Executive Assistant to act as a “force multiplier” for a Regional Partner. This is a hybrid role that blends work from our regional office hubs with coordination across remote and field-based locations depending on the executive schedule.
You’ll support leadership through a fast-paced, on-the-move environment—helping keep plans on track, managing access discreetly, and handling day-to-day operational needs with proactive judgment.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support by coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel activities
- Act as a discreet gatekeeper, managing communications and priorities with professionalism
- Support logistical planning across office, remote, and field locations based on the executive’s agenda
- Anticipate needs and solve problems quickly to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain organization of key details, follow-ups, and time-sensitive action items
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders or in an executive assistant / high-level administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent discretion, professionalism, and judgment when handling sensitive information
- Comfort coordinating across locations (office, remote, and field) as schedules change
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
