About the Role
Aquatech is looking for a versatile Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role combines executive administrative support with hands-on office management in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Director and senior leadership team
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling
- Prepare and send client invoices accurately and on time
- Coordinate routine office processes to support field and leadership operations
- Anticipate needs, solve day-to-day problems, and maintain organized workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive assistant and/or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment and adapting as priorities change
