About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in training, engineering development, and delivery of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge and proven experience coordinating overseas assignments across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support training programs for engineering teams
- Contribute to delivery of 200+ projects and ongoing initiatives
- Coordinate and support overseas assignments across international locations
- Develop and share best practices gained from 27+ years of experience
Requirements
- 27+ years of relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated training experience (600+ trainings) and ability to scale programs
- Experience supporting overseas assignments (10+), including the U.S., U.K., KSA, UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
