About the Role
Providence Medical Group is looking for a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Napa, California. You’ll primarily provide outpatient care for a geriatric population and help support patients who are poor and vulnerable within our community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
- Manage the health needs of geriatric patients as part of a collaborative clinical team
- Support continuity of care through coordinated follow-ups and treatment planning
- Contribute to a mission-focused practice serving underserved and uninsured patients
Requirements
- Current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience or strong interest in family medicine and/or internal medicine
- Ability to provide high-quality care with empathy and cultural humility
- Commitment to teamwork in a community-centered environment
