Bonneville International is seeking a talented fill-in journalist to help deliver trusted news and compelling storytelling to audiences. You’ll step in as an anchor, editor, and writer as needed—supporting our mission to inform, connect, and celebrate the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and produce news content for broadcast and digital platforms
- Serve as a fill-in anchor, delivering scripts with accuracy and clarity
- Collaborate with producers, reporters, and fellow editors to meet editorial standards
- Research stories, verify facts, and ensure content is timely and engaging
- Adapt quickly to breaking news and changing coverage priorities
Requirements
- Experience in broadcast journalism and/or newsroom production
- Strong news writing and editing skills
- Ability to anchor on-air with confidence and professionalism
- Solid understanding of journalistic ethics, accuracy, and verification
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
