About the Role
RES is seeking a Finance Analyst to support our growing FP&A team. In this role, you’ll partner with regional and corporate finance groups to analyze performance data, spot trends, and translate insights into recommendations that strengthen business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities for regional and corporate stakeholders
- Prepare clear, decision-ready insights and present findings to finance and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with team members to improve reporting processes and data quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement as the organization grows and priorities evolve
Requirements
- Experience in finance, financial analysis, or FP&A (or equivalent analytical coursework/experience)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance partners
- Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools (additional finance systems experience is a plus)
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
