About the Role
Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a Financial Aid Officer to support our students through the financial aid process. In this on-site role in Dallas, you’ll help ensure eligible students understand their options and receive the guidance they need to move forward with their education.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with financial aid applications, documentation, and eligibility questions
- Review and process required forms to support timely aid disbursements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student account and aid-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable policies
- Provide clear, professional support to students and families throughout the process
Requirements
- Experience in financial aid, student services, or a related administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply
- Comfort working with administrative systems and maintaining organized documentation
