About the Role
MISUMI Americas is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this on-site role at our corporate office in Schaumburg, Illinois, you’ll translate financial data into actionable insights that support business planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing financial planning activities
- Analyze performance trends and variances, and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain reporting for management review
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning cycles and financial requests
- Assist with process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar finance role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting/analysis tools
- Clear communication skills to explain insights to non-finance partners
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site corporate environment
