About the Role
LightEdge Solutions is hiring a motivated Financial Analyst to support our Strategic Finance team. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, you’ll help drive monthly performance reporting, annual budgeting, and strategic financial analysis across key areas of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial reporting for leadership review
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct strategic financial analysis to inform executive decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning and performance initiatives
- Help identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Comfort working with financial models and performance metrics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to executives and stakeholders
