About the Role
Join Caterpillar’s Oil & Gas and Marine team as a Fleet Maintenance Planner. In this role, you’ll help keep fleet equipment operating reliably by planning maintenance activities that support safe, efficient operations and lower total cost of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance plans for fleet assets to support uptime and operational needs
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with internal teams and relevant stakeholders
- Support planning activities for repairs, inspections, and certification efforts
- Track maintenance progress and help ensure work is completed according to plan
- Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance planning processes
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance planning, reliability, or maintenance operations (fleet or industrial equipment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of maintenance workflows such as inspections, repairs, and certification
- Clear communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
