About the Role

Tecovas is looking for a part-time Team Lead to help create a profitable, customer-first store experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You’ll support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, team development, and a smooth in-store product flow.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
  • Help create and maintain a succession strategy
  • Build a culture of strong communication and teamwork across operational, visual, and customer priorities
  • Assist with performance appraisals, goal setting, and ongoing coaching
  • Support store operations to ensure an engaging, well-organized in-store experience
  • Apply merchant and customer service skills to help curate compelling in-store experiences

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to support daily store operations and prioritize customer experience
  • Comfort collaborating with a manager to coach team members and support performance goals
