About the Role
Join our manufacturing team as a Forging Press Operator for the Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN. This role supports safe, efficient production by operating press equipment and following quality and productivity requirements in a guided manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forging press and related production equipment according to established quality and throughput standards
- Maintain a safe work environment by stopping work and reporting major injury hazards immediately
- Follow HSE procedures and promptly report injuries, illnesses, incidents, and hazards
- Support environmental stewardship by recognizing and minimizing environmental impact during daily operations
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate production equipment in a manufacturing setting
- Commitment to following HSE and quality procedures
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting productivity requirements
