About the Role
Join our manufacturing team as a Forging Press Operator for the 3rd shift at the Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN. You’ll operate forging press equipment and support production goals while following quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established quality and output requirements
- Follow safety procedures and stop work to report major injury hazards immediately
- Maintain compliance with HSE standards by promptly reporting injuries, illnesses, incidents, and hazards
- Support environmental stewardship by identifying ways to minimize environmental impact during operations
Requirements
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Comfort working on production equipment under direct guidance
- Strong attention to quality and adherence to procedures
