Founding Account Executive (Full-Cycle) - Remote/Hybrid

About the Role

Join us as a Founding Account Executive and help shape our go-to-market from day one. You’ll own the full sales motion—building pipeline through outbound and closing deals—working closely with our founders, engineers, and field enablement to turn early traction into a repeatable strategy.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build the sales organization, not simply follow an existing playbook. You’ll have meaningful equity and a high level of ownership as an early GTM hire.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Create, run, monitor, and continuously improve outbound sequences
  • Lead discovery and qualification calls to identify best-fit opportunities
  • Manage prospects end-to-end from initial conversation through pilot, negotiation, and close
  • Partner with FDEs during onboarding, kickoff, and deployment
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Develop and refine sales messaging to support GTM execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive owning full-cycle sales (pipeline generation through close)
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort building/optimizing outreach sequences
  • Ability to run discovery and qualification conversations effectively
  • Track record of partnering cross-functionally to drive pilots and successful deployments
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
