About the Role
Join us as a Founding Account Executive and help shape our go-to-market from day one. You’ll own the full sales motion—building pipeline through outbound and closing deals—working closely with our founders, engineers, and field enablement to turn early traction into a repeatable strategy.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build the sales organization, not simply follow an existing playbook. You’ll have meaningful equity and a high level of ownership as an early GTM hire.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Create, run, monitor, and continuously improve outbound sequences
- Lead discovery and qualification calls to identify best-fit opportunities
- Manage prospects end-to-end from initial conversation through pilot, negotiation, and close
- Partner with FDEs during onboarding, kickoff, and deployment
- Maintain strong customer relationships and uncover expansion opportunities
- Develop and refine sales messaging to support GTM execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive owning full-cycle sales (pipeline generation through close)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort building/optimizing outreach sequences
- Ability to run discovery and qualification conversations effectively
- Track record of partnering cross-functionally to drive pilots and successful deployments
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
