About the Role
Join a fast-growing, seed-stage AI marketing automation company based in San Francisco, backed by top investors. As a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack), you’ll be among the first engineers and help shape the product’s architecture, quality, and long-term direction. You’ll own features from initial concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end feature delivery, from scoping and system design to deployment and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Develop full-stack capabilities to support AI-driven campaign execution and performance optimization
- Partner with product, operations, and customers to ship high-impact improvements
- Ensure reliability, maintainability, and quality across the platform
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with practical Node.js backend development
- Comfort designing and owning features across the stack
- Experience building production-grade systems with an emphasis on quality and iteration
- Ability to collaborate closely with non-engineering teams and incorporate feedback
