About the Role
As an FP&A Manager, you’ll support core financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Clair. You’ll partner with Finance leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver board-ready, high-quality financial information.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Partner with Finance leadership to translate business goals into measurable financial plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, analyze trends, and explain variances
- Help ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and suitable for executive and board audiences
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar finance planning and reporting role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating financial results to non-finance partners
- Demonstrated focus on data quality, process improvement, and accuracy
