About the Role
Sage Home Loans is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support strategic planning and financial performance as we scale our digital mortgage platform. This hybrid role is based at our South Charlotte, NC headquarters (Tuesday–Thursday) with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across key business areas
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build business cases and support strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain reporting that improves visibility into performance and operating drivers
- Support month-end and financial close deliverables with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Requirements
- Proven FP&A experience with strong analytical and modeling skills
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating data into recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services is a plus
