About the Role
Sage Home Loans is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to support financial planning and analysis as we expand our mortgage banking platform. This is a hybrid role based in our South Charlotte, NC headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) with fully remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with leadership to analyze performance trends and business drivers
- Build and maintain reporting that supports decision-making across the organization
- Identify insights, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial modeling and data integrity
Requirements
- Strong FP&A experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/BI tools (as applicable)
- Clear communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
