About the Role
Woolpert is seeking a GeoBase Senior GIS Analyst to support mission-focused geospatial work at Lackland Air Force Base (AFB) in San Antonio, Texas. This is a hybrid schedule with four days on-site at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and one day working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage geospatial data to support GeoBase initiatives and operational needs
- Develop and maintain GIS workflows, maps, and spatial analyses for stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into GIS deliverables
- Support data quality, documentation, and ongoing improvements to GIS products
Requirements
- Strong GIS analysis experience with an emphasis on applied geospatial problem-solving
- Proficiency working with GIS data and spatial tools to produce reliable results
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical partners
- Experience supporting geospatial projects in an enterprise or mission environment (preferred)
