Technical Writer - Full-Time (Onsite)

About the Role

Argonaut Manufacturing Services is a contract manufacturing organization (CMO) based in Carlsbad, California, supporting innovative biopharmaceutical and molecular diagnostics companies. We’re looking for a Technical Writer to help produce clear, accurate documentation that supports quality and regulatory expectations across our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain technical documents to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and easy to use.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate complex information into plain, usable content.
• Support document control activities, including versioning, formatting, and maintenance of controlled documentation.
• Assist with updates to procedures, work instructions, and other regulated documentation as processes evolve.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing technical documentation in a regulated or quality-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize complex information clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with document control practices and controlled documentation standards.
