About the Role

As our Global Leaves & Accommodations Coordinator, you’ll help support day-to-day administration of leave and accommodation programs while also contributing to the design of scalable systems and processes. You’ll partner closely with our legal team and internal stakeholders to refine policies and improve the employee experience across time off, leaves (including FMLA, CFRA, and sabbaticals), accommodations, and workers’ compensation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of leave requests, time off, accommodations, and workers’ compensation support
- Assist with designing and implementing administrative systems to help programs scale with rapid growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and effectiveness across countries
- Support policy updates and development by collaborating with legal and internal stakeholders
- Report to the Global Leaves & Accommodations Program Manager and contribute to program improvements
Requirements
- Experience supporting leave administration and/or HR operations related to FMLA and CFRA
- Working knowledge of employee accommodations and related processes
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to help improve workflows, documentation, and operational systems
