About the Role
We are seeking an organized Grants Coordinator to support federal award administration from our Seattle office. In this role, you’ll help ensure grant requirements, reporting deadlines, and submission processes stay on track with strong attention to compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate grant administration tasks across multiple projects, maintaining accurate timelines and documentation
- Track reporting due dates and submission requirements to support timely, compliant deliverables
- Assist with managing structured federal award workflows and related administrative processes
- Maintain organized records and follow through on action items without additional reminders
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Experience working in grants or compliance-focused environments (federal award experience preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts while prioritizing what matters most
- Reliable follow-through and comfort working within established processes
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $70,500–$106,000 per year
- Generous bonus plans as part of a competitive compensation package
- On-site work expectations apply; arrangements vary by team and position
