About the Role
Graphcore is building advanced AI compute hardware and the systems that help power next-generation AI breakthroughs. We’re looking for a Hardware Validation Manager to lead validation efforts that ensure our hardware meets performance, reliability, and quality targets.
Responsibilities
- Own the hardware validation strategy across relevant product lines and development stages
- Plan, execute, and scale validation activities to meet project schedules
- Lead validation test development and verification of expected functionality and performance
- Coordinate with engineering teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and test coverage
- Drive root-cause analysis for issues found during validation and manage corrective actions
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- Experience leading hardware validation or verification programs
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, qualification, and validation planning
- Hands-on familiarity with lab workflows, debugging, and test execution
- Ability to collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software teams
- Clear communication skills for reporting technical findings and decisions
