About the Role

GIA Legacy Planning is seeking an Advanced Market Insurance Agent to join our client-focused team. This is a performance-driven role in which you’ll use modern tools and a data-informed approach to help families and businesses find the right coverage. Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Use agency platforms to organize leads, manage your workflow, and track outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal support to streamline the application and onboarding process
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and follow-through

Requirements

  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to manage a full pipeline
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while remote
  • Relevant insurance experience preferred (advanced market experience is a plus)
  • Valid insurance licensing or willingness to obtain required licensing
