About the Role
Join the University of Central Oklahoma athletics staff as the Head Women’s Rowing Coach. This 10-month, full-time, exempt role leads the organization and administration of the women’s rowing program while supporting student-athletes’ academic success, athletic performance, and personal development.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the women’s rowing program, including team organization and day-to-day administration
- Support student-athletes’ academic, athletic, and personal growth
- Promote competitive excellence through effective training and program management
- Ensure full compliance with NCAA rules and all applicable institutional policies
- Attend and work evening and weekend hours as required by the rowing season
Requirements
- Coaching experience and demonstrated ability to lead a collegiate-level program
- Strong understanding of NCAA compliance expectations
- Ability to manage a high-performance training environment and support student-athletes holistically
- Availability Monday through Friday during standard hours, with nights and weekends as season demands
