About the Role
Datavant is seeking a Health Information Specialist II to support Release of Information (ROI) workflows for medical record requests. In this role, you’ll process requests promptly and accurately while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process ROI requests for medical records in a timely and efficient manner
- Verify request details to ensure accurate fulfillment and correct documentation
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer service throughout each request
- Handle protected health information responsibly and follow applicable privacy and security requirements
Requirements
- Experience working with medical records and/or ROI processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to manage request volume while meeting turnaround expectations
- Commitment to safeguarding sensitive health information
