About the Role
Alta Vista Innovation High School is seeking a full-time High School Teacher to support online students. This hybrid role is based at a designated school site in the Greater Los Angeles, Inland Empire, or High Desert area, depending on organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Teach and support high school students enrolled in an online learning program
- Create engaging learning experiences that promote student growth and achievement
- Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues to support student success
- Maintain a student-first approach in day-to-day instruction and support
Requirements
- Appropriate teaching credential status (clear, preliminary, or intern)
- Experience or strong commitment to working with diverse student populations
- Ability to support hybrid instruction needs and online student learning
Compensation & Benefits
- Clear Credential: $81,885–$103,721/year
- Preliminary Credential: $70,967/year
- Intern Credential: $68,128.32/year
- Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
