About the Role
Vista Real Charter High School is seeking a full-time High School Teacher to support online students. This is a hybrid role, and the designated school site may be located in Ventura based on organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction for online high school students
- Support student growth and development with a student-first mindset
- Collaborate with colleagues to help students succeed academically and personally
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages achievement
Requirements
- Clear Credential, Preliminary Credential, or Intern Credential (as applicable)
- Passion for working with students and supporting diverse learners
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid learning environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Clear Credential: $81,885–$103,721/year
- Preliminary Credential: $70,967/year
- Intern Credential: $68,128.32/year
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday
