About the Role
SpaceX is seeking an HR Business Partner to support employee relations and help keep people strategies aligned with the needs of a fast-moving organization. In this role, you’ll partner with employees and managers, provide HR guidance, and support investigations to ensure a fair, consistent workplace.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner for assigned client groups, advising on HR policies, guidelines, and best practices
- Respond to employee concerns and partner with stakeholders to address issues effectively
- Conduct and coordinate employee relations investigations with professionalism and discretion
- Coach employees and managers on appropriate HR processes and workplace expectations
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to strengthen retention and employee experience
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in an employee relations-focused HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, investigation practices, and confidentiality requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with sound judgment and attention to detail
