About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Sourcer (Contract) to support high-impact hiring for fast-moving teams across Business Operations and IT. In this role, you will help identify and engage senior and executive-level candidates who can accelerate growth and execution.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage senior-level talent for Operations and IT roles
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and time-to-fill goals
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for hard-to-find candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruiting documentation
- Support interview scheduling and coordinate next steps through the hiring process
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing for executive or senior roles (preferably in technology or operations)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to candidate engagement
- Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience working with ATS/recruiting workflows (tools vary by team)
