About the Role
Easterseals NH is looking for an HR Compliance and Administration Manager to strengthen our HR team. In this role, you will lead HR compliance efforts, serve as the Workday HCM subject matter expert, and support HR leadership with special projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR compliance functions to ensure processes align with applicable requirements
- Act as the Workday HCM subject matter expert, supporting system accuracy and effective HR operations
- Assist with HR special projects assigned by HR leadership
- Provide administrative support to keep HR workflows running smoothly
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources (or related business field); Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Or, two (2) years of related experience may substitute for the Associate’s degree
- Five (5) years of business/HR experience required
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency required
- Working knowledge of HR information systems and Microsoft Office preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
