Scout Motors is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of HR programs and processes. In this role, you’ll help ensure HR operations run smoothly, enabling a great employee experience as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR operational workflows, documentation, and process improvements
- Coordinate employee-related HR activities in partnership with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure compliance with internal HR standards
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Help troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements to streamline HR processes
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations, HR administration, or HR shared services
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential information
- Proficiency with HR systems and common productivity tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
