About the Role
Mullins Mechanical and Welding is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. In this role, you’ll help with onboarding, employee services, and HR administration while partnering closely with the HR Manager to keep HR processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including handbook overview and completion of employment documents
- Assist with benefits administration and related payroll/benefit processing tasks
- Support employee services and respond to internal and external HR inquiries
- Help manage unemployment reporting and other HR-related documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reporting as needed
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, coordination, or a similar support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Comfort working with HR documentation, benefits, and payroll-related workflows
