Responsibilities
- Assist with HR operations including onboarding support, employee data maintenance, and HR workflow coordination.
- Help manage HR documentation and ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support routine HR requests and process improvements.
- Contribute to scalable HR processes that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations, HR administration, or HR shared services.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with employee records and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and handle requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
