About the Role
Scout Motors is bringing back an iconic American legacy and building the next generation of rugged, capable vehicles. We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day HR function and help keep our people programs running smoothly as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR operations including onboarding support, employee data maintenance, and HR workflow coordination.
- Help manage HR documentation and ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support routine HR requests and process improvements.
- Contribute to scalable HR processes that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations, HR administration, or HR shared services.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with employee records and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and handle requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
