Project Recruitment Lead (Talent Acquisition) - Hybrid

About the Role

Centific is seeking a Project Recruitment Lead to help drive recruiting execution for specialized AI and data talent. You’ll coordinate end-to-end hiring activities for project-based needs, partnering closely with internal teams to ensure the right candidates are sourced, screened, and scheduled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting projects from intake through offer, ensuring timelines and hiring targets are met
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify role requirements, sourcing strategy, and selection criteria
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and status updates
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain clear documentation throughout the hiring process
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and candidate experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition coordination, ideally for technical or specialized roles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working with structured processes, ATS workflows, and recruiting metrics
• Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality
