About the Role

Join the Division of Human Resources (DHR) Operations & Strategy team in a HR Operations Technician III role supporting Colorado state employee services. This recruitment may be used to fill multiple vacancies, and it is open to current Colorado residents only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for HR processes that serve employees, managers, and applicants
  • Help coordinate and maintain HR workflows to ensure timely, accurate service delivery
  • Support HR operational strategy by assisting with process improvements and day-to-day execution
  • Maintain records and documentation in support of HR activities

Requirements
